The catering engine behind your name.
ACD does not chase end-user fit-outs or compete with the consultants who bring us in. For fifteen years the work has come from other professionals: design consultancies that need Revit-native catering delivery, equipment distributors who need a package that wins the order, and main contractors who need a sub-consultant that issues clean.
You carry the client relationship. ACD carries the catering design, the BIM model, the M&E coordination and the tender documentation, built to your standard and issued under your name. Discreet, ISO 19650-compliant, and invisible to your client unless you choose otherwise.

Design Consultancies
White-label BIM · overflow capacity
Add Revit-native catering delivery to your team without hiring for it. ACD models, coordinates and produces the tender pack to your template and standards, and you review and issue it as your own. The right answer when a project lands and the diary is already full, or when a client expects BIM you do not deliver in-house.
Equipment Distributors
Tender packs that win the order
Specification, BoQ and services schedules that make your quote the easiest one to approve. Manufacturer-neutral or built around your range, fully M&E coordinated to point of connection. The design quality that pulls the equipment line through with it, and a documentation standard your competitors are not matching.
Main Contractors
Clash-free · ISO 19650 handover
A catering sub-consultant who already works to BS 1192 and DW/172, federates into your model, and runs to your document-control system from day one. LOD 350, coordinated before tender, issued without the RFI trail that costs you on site. BIM-compliant supply chain, without the onboarding overhead.
Behind the scenes, on your terms.
- 01Brief, your way. Send the architect's plans, the client's brief, or a marked-up sketch. ACD structures it, flags the gaps, and confirms scope before any time is booked.
- 02Built to your standard. Documents are produced to your template, title block and naming convention, or to ACD's ISO 19650 default if you would rather inherit one. Your branding, your file structure.
- 03Coordinated before issue. Every package is cross-validated against a 21-point QA checklist and M&E coordinated to point of connection, so what reaches your client is right the first time.
- 04Issued under your name. You review, you sign, you issue. ACD stays invisible to the end client unless you want the specialist in the room. NDA as standard on white-label work.
Straight answers, before you commit.
Will you stay behind the scenes?
Yes. White-label delivery is the default, not an exception. ACD has delivered this way for established hospitality brands and equipment manufacturers for years. Your client need never know a sub-consultant was involved, or you bring ACD in as a named specialist. Your call, every time.
Can you work to our templates?
Yes. ACD produces to your title block, naming convention and document structure. If you do not have a BIM standard, you inherit ACD's ISO 19650 and BS 1192 framework, ready-made.
Do you compete with us?
No. ACD does not pitch end users, does not hold the client relationship, and does not take work direct that a partner introduced. The boundary is the catering scope: nothing past point of connection, nothing past your remit.
How fast can you turn work around?
A single-zone specification and services schedule: two to three weeks from a complete brief. A full tender package with BIM model: six to twelve weeks. Programme is agreed and documented up front. ACD does not issue late.
If you carry the client, ACD can carry the catering design.
